After arguing the petition at length, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. He further submits that in case petitioner surrenders before the Court within a week from today, his regular bail application may be decided within next one week. In view of above statement, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Learned Court concerned is directed to decide regular bail application, if any moved by the petitioner, within 10 days from the day of its filing.
