Through instant civil writ petition, preferred under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has sought issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to refix the pay and pension in terms of office order No.3390-93/EA/ECV dated 05.09.2013 (P-10) vide which technical pay scale of Rs.480-760 was granted w.e.f. 01.02.1981 and consequently release arrears and all consequential benefits along with 18% interest as the matter is squarely covered by the judgment dated 17.03.2017 (P-12) passed by this Court. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that though legal notice dated 19.06.2018 (P-13) was duly served upon the respondents but till date neither any reply to the said legal notice has been received nor any final order has been passed by the respondents. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Director General State Transport, Haryana, Sector 17, Chandigarh to look into the grievances unfolded by the petitioner in legal notice dated 19.06.2018 (P-13) and to take a conscious decision, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.

However, if petitioner still feels aggrieved by any of the orders passed by the aforesaid authority, he shall be at liberty to approach this Court or to have recourse to the other remedies available under law.
