* * * * RITU BAHRI, ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE (ORAL) This is an application under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (in short the Act) for the appointment of an arbitrator.

The necessary declaration under Section 12(5) of the Act, as sought from Justice Rajiv Narain Raina, a former Judge of this Court, has been received vide letter dated 14.09.2023 and is placed on record. The parties conjointly agree and submit that in view of the previous order dated 18.08.2023 passed by this Court, Justice Rajiv Narain Raina, may be appointed as an arbitrator.

In view of the above, Justice Rajiv Narain Raina,, a former Judge of this Court, is appointed as an arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes and differences between the parties. The application is, accordingly, disposed of.
