**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of Criminal Complaint No.166/1/15 dated 10.12.2015 (Annexure P-1) and also to quash the summoning order dated 30.05.2024 (Annexure P-9) passed by learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Phillaur along with all consequential proceedings initiated thereon. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant case.
