Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter-alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to provide information sought by the petitioner as per Section 7 of the Right to Information Act, 2005. It transpires that on the last two occasions, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

On the other hand, learned State counsel, on instructions from concerned quarter apprised the court that desired information has already been supplied to the petitioner.

In view of the above, it seems that petitioner has lost interest in the matter, therefore, the same is disposed off as such. However, it is clarified that in case petitioner feels aggrieved against this order, he would be at liberty to move an appropriate application for revival of the present writ petition.
