By virtue of instant petition, preferred under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has sought issuance of a writ especially in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents for grant of higher pay scale of Rs.5500-9000 in view of order dated 08.09.2016 (P-1) passed by this Court in COCP No.1353 of 2013 and for grant of pensionary benefits. 2.

At the very outset of the arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though representations dated 05.01.2017 and 03.07.2017 (P-3 and P-4 respectively) were moved and legal notice dated 03.07.2017 (P-5) was duly served upon the respondents but till date neither any reply has been received nor any final order has been passed by the respondents. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Director Secondary Education Haryana, Panchkula to look into the grievances unfolded by the petitioner in legal notice (P-5) and to take a conscious decision, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 4.

However, if petitioner still feels aggrieved by any of the orders passed by the aforesaid authority, he shall be at liberty to approach this Court or to have recourse to the other remedies available under law.
