Mr. Animesh Sharma, Advocate for the petitioners. RAJIV SHARMA,J (ORAL) By means of this petition, a writ of Mandamus is sought directing the respondents to extend the benefit of 10% reservation in favour of economically weaker section by re-advertising or amending Advertisement dated 05.04.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be content and interest of justice would be met if the representation filed by them in this respect is considered and decided in a time frame. Prayer seems to be worthy of acceptance being innocuous one. Consequently, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to look into the representation filed by the petitioners and decide the same by passing a speaking order within a period of one week from today, in accordance with law.
