SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing FIR No.109 dated 22.07.2022 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station, Jodhewal, District, Police Commissionerate Ludhiana alongwith consequential proceedings on the basis of compromise dated 20.05.2025 (Annexure P-2). 2.

Learned State counsel points out that it's a partial compromise petition since there are total three accused whereas the petition has been preferred only qua one accused which is not permissible adverting to the alleged allegations. 3.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner even on the second call. The conduct of the petitioner of being absent calls for no further indulgence in the matter.
