In this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the impugned show cause notice dated 30.03.2017 (Annexure P-4) for reopening the assessment and subsequent proceedings and impugned order dated 25.09.2017 (Annexure P-7) passed by the respondent, whereby the objections of the petitioner to reopening of the case of the assessee, have been dismissed. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that she may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the pleas at the appropriate stage, in accordance with law.
