(ORAL) Learned State Counsel has handed over letter dated 22.07.2019 written by Principal, Government College for Girls, Cheeka (Kaithal) to the Director, Higher Education Haryana, Panchkula, whereby petitioner was offered to join as extension faculty in the department, which he has accepted and joined on 20.07.2019 (F.N.). The same is taken on record. He further submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, therefore, no cause of action survives in present writ petition and the same may be disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
