(Oral) The instant petition has been preferred by the petitioner seeking issuance of an appropriate directions to respondents No.2 & 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners and also to initiate action against the accused persons who are hand in glove with the police officials of respondent No.3/Police Station Sadar Ratia, District Fatehabad and threatening the petitioners to involve them in false cases. 2.

After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as regards his grievances mentioned in the petition, he has already served a representation dated - 23.05.2026 (Annexure P-1) upon respondents No.2 and he would be satisfied in case respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide the said representation. 3.

With the consent of the parties, the present petition is accordingly disposed of without commenting on the merits of the present case and with a direction to respondent No.2 to take note of the representation dated 23.05.2026 (Annexure P-1) submitted by the petitioners and to pass a well reasoned and speaking order thereupon after granting an opportunity of hearing to the respective parties in accordance with law and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
