******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Gurbaksh Singh submits that mother of petitioner namely Paramjit Kaur was arrested by the police for possession of 10 gram of Heroin on 04.08.2019 in case bearing FIR No. 112 dated 04.08.2019 registered at Police Station Sadar Ludhiana for the offence punishable under Section 22 NDPS Act. She is also involved in other two similar cases.

In view of reply filed by the State and submission of learned State counsel, no further action is required to be taken in this petition. Disposed of.
