(Oral) The State counsel on instructions from ASI Jai Pal submits that the petitioners have already been acquitted by the trial Court vide judgment dated 4.5.2022 and the attested copy of the judgment produced by the State counsel is taken on record. Even report received by the trial Court dated 17.5.2022, which also says so.
In the light of the above, as the main case has been decided by the trial Court, the present petition stands disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
