Learned counsel restricts his prayer to decide the representation dated 26.05.2026, Annexure P-3 in a time bound manner, as they petitioners had already filed CRWP-1891-2026 seeking protection of life and liberty from respondent Nos.4 to 6, which was disposed of on 18.02.2026, however, now they have apprehension from respondent No.7-cousin brother of petitioner No.1, as well.

Learned State counsel has no objection in deciding the representation filed on behalf of the petitioners. 3.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and without going into the merits of their claim, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to look into the representation dated 26.05.2026 (Annexure P-3) and decide the same expeditiously, in accordance with law.
