SURYA KANT, J.(ORAL) After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition so as to approach the Bank with a request that firstly effort may be made to auction the industrial plot which is also a secured asset and, in case, the loan is not fully satisfied with such sale, in that eventuality only, physical possession of the residential house may be taken.
