Confronted with this learned Counsel for the petitioner states that his representation dated 18.03.2021 (Annexure P-1) be decided. Consequently, the present petition is allowed and Commissioner of Police Ludhiana, Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana shall decide the representation (Annexure P-1) within one month by passing a speaking order. Interim order dated 29.10.2021 is recalled.
