SUVIR SEHGAL, J. (Oral) The Court has been convened through video conferencing due to Covid-19 pandemic.

Through the instant second petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.104 dated 17.08.2018 registered under Sections 307, 323, 506, 148 and 149 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25, 27, 54, 59 of Arms Act, 1959 (Sections 54 and 59 of Arms Act, 1959 have wrongly been mentioned in the petition) at Police Station Jhabal, District Tarn Taran.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Charanjit Singh submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.
