Ms. Shruti Jain Goyal, AAG, Haryana **** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) An affidavit of Mahavir Kaushik has been filed in the Court by learned State counsel and the same is taken on record. As per affidavit, it has been stated that the deponent has inadvertently used the word Chief Examiner instead of Experts in the impugned order dated 24.08.2018. It has been submitted that question No. 13 of paper Code-B for the post of PGT Computer Science has been got re-examined by three experts.

Learned State counsel has produce the report of three experts in a sealed cover and the same has been opened by a Reader of this Court. A bare perusal of the reports shows that the question No. 13 has been examined by three experts, in view of judgment of this Court in a case of Ramandeep Kaur vs. Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, 2017 (4) SCT 329.

In view of the above factual position, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to enable the petitioner to get the above reports of the experts under RTI and take appropriate action in accordance with law, if so advised.
