6. That on the basis of this seniority list, the Head Teacher including petitioners have been considered and promoted to the post of Head Teacher to centre head teacher vide order dated 22.11.2018. A copy of order dated 22.11.2018 is annexed R-2 reveals that petitioners No. 1 and 2 are at Seniority No. 16 and 20 in promotion list of Centre Head Teacher.

CWP No. 25894 of 2017 Aforesaid contentions remain uncontroverted. Petition is, thus, dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Petitioners shall, however, be at liberty to seek revival in case any grouse subsists.
