Present writ petition for issuance of directions to respondent No.1 to take action against respondents No.2 to 4 who have illegally encroached upon the public property. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made a representation dated 20.06.2018 (Annexure P5) to respondent No.1-Deputy Commissioner, Yamuna Nagar, but no action is being taken thereon.

In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to respondent No.1-Deputy Commissioner, Yamuna Nagar to look into and decide representation dated 20.06.2018 (Annexure P5) expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
