Dated Police Station Sections 27.04.2024 Sadar Jalandhar 323, 324, 451, 148 and 149 IPC and 326 IPC added later on Aggrieved by non-arrest of co-accused, the complainant had come up before this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking issuance of directions to official respondents to constitue Special Investigating Agency and to conduct fair and impartial investigation in the FIR captioned above.

State counsel opposes the prayer and refer paras No. 8 and 9 of the reply dated 14.09.2024 which read as follows:- "8. That the remaining two co-accused are yet to be arrested by the Police and raids are being conducted at the houses and assistance is being sought from secret sources to arrest the said accused.

9. That the final report in FIR is yet to be filed by the Police in the Ld. Trial Court since the investigation is pending." 3.

Given the stand taken by the State, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Superintendent of Police to supervise the efforts made by concerned Investigator to arrest the remaining accused. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
