(ORAL) After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner states that he be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file fresh petition by challenging the order dated 07.02.2014, passed by the respondents by which the pension being given to Sh. Bhag Singh, the late husband of the petitioner, was stopped and the recovery was ordered. Dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty, as prayed for.
