Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that he does not wish to press the present petition. However, he states that keeping in mind the custody period of the petitioner and the fact that only two witnesses remain to be examined, the Trial Court may be directed to conclude the trial in a time bound period.

Keeping in view the fact that the trial is at the fag end and only two witnesses remain to be examined, the present petition is disposed off as not pressed with a request to the Trial Court to endeavour to conclude the trial within a period of four months from the date of passing of this order.
