The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS (corresponding Section 482 Cr.P.C) with the prayer to direct respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to conduct an inquiry on representation dated 20.04.2026 moved by the petitioner, in fair and impartial manner. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has preferred a representation/complaint dated 20.04.2026 (Annexure P-4) to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Sector-76, SAS Nagar, but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel also submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.3Senior Superintendent of Police, Sector-76, SAS Nagar, to look into the aforesaid representation/complaint dated 20.04.2026 (Annexure P-4) and take appropriate steps in a time bound manner. 3.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Sector-76, SAS Nagar, to consider and decide the representation/complaint dated 20.04.2026 (Annexure P-4) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
