Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, who is resident of the area and aggrieved of encroachment on public property. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for that purpose, petitioner has made a representation dated 07.03.2018 (Annexure P4) to respondents No. 2 to 4, but no action is being taken thereon. In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to respondent No.3-Deputy Commissioner, Narnaul to look into and decide representation dated 07.03.2018 (Annexure P4) expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
