The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking quashing of order dated 19.03.2026 passed by Respondent No.8 whereby his membership has been cancelled. He is further seeking quashing of the enquiry report dated 18.03.2026 submitted by a three members committee. He is further seeking direction to respondent No.1 & 2 to inquire into his complaints dated 30.01.2026 and reminders.

As per pleadings, the petitioner is one of the members of the Service Club, Amritsar situated within Ram Bagh Garden/Summer Palace of Maharaja Ranjit Singh, a protected monument of national importance under the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI). His membership on 19.03.2026 has been cancelled on account of raising complaints regarding DEEPAK BISSYAN 2026.05.29 16:37 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP-18235-2026 -2violation of the MOU dated 04.12.2018, conducting New Year functions at the heritage site and being involved in gambling. An inquiry committee was constituted which was presided over by respondent No.2 against whom the complaints were directed. The reason for cancellation of his membership is that he had filed a civil suit at Amritsar challenging the Club Elections i.e. election of Respondent No.2 as President. If he no longer remains a member, he would not be able to challenge the elections. The Civil Court vide order dated 06.04.2026 dismissed his stay application. He challenged the same by way of CR-4089-2026 before this Court which was dismissed as withdrawn vide order 15.05.2026 with liberty to move an application under Order VI Rule 17 CPC before the trial Court.

Mr. Sandeep Khunger, Advocate has filed memo of appearance on behalf of respondent No.5. The same is taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place. 4.

On being confronted with order dated 06.04.2026 passed by Ld. Civil Judge (Jr. Division) Amritsar and order dated 15.05.2026 passed by this Court in CR-4089-2026, learned counsel for petitioner expressed his inability to establish maintainability of the petition. 5.

Dismissed.
