This is the second petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.11 dated 07.02.2017 registered for offences under Section 376 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 67 of Information Technology Act, 2000, at Police Station Sadar Moga, District Moga.

Counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the trial Court, in view of the change in the circumstances.
