RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.24, dated 03.03.2019, under Sections 376, 120-B and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Div.No.4, Jalandhar. This petition is pending since 26.08.2019. A perusal of the record reveals that the case was listed on 26.08.2019, on which date it was adjourned to 25.02.2020. On 25.02.2020, the case was adjourned to 27.07.2020 on the request of counsel for the petitioners. Thereafter, the case was listed on 28.04.2022, on which date no-one was there to represent the petitioners hence, in the interest of justice, it was adjourned to today, i.e. 27.07.2022.

Today also no-one is present on behalf of the petitioners. However, learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Sandeep Rani, submits that trial is virtually at the fag end and the case is fixed for final order.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, there is MEENU 2022.07.27 17:18 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRM-M-34615-2019 -2no ground to interfere in the present petition. The same is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to pursue their remedy before the trial Court in accordance with law.
