(ORAL) By way of filing the present revision, challenge has been laid to the order dated 07.09.2021, passed by the Family Court, Barnala, whereby the maintenance awarded to the minor-respondent was enhanced from Rs.5000/- to Rs.13,000/- per month. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent on instructions submits that the petitioner had committed suicide. He further submits that DDR No. 22 dated 10.06.2022, Police Station Bhadson, District Patiala (Missing Person Report), was also registered to the effect that the petitioner was missing for the past 11⁄2 years. Thus, he submits that the instant revision petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of, as such.

In view of the above, the instant revision petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
