Punjab ******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure (for short-Cr.P.C.) for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.75 dated 01.05.2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 342 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Tanda, District Hoshiarpur as they have been summoned to face trial as additional accused on the application of prosecution filed under Section 319 Cr.P.C.
Heard.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have surrendered before concerned trial Court/(D) Addl. Sessions Judge and have been allowed interim bail in terms of order dated 22.08.2019. Copies of the orders have been produced on file.

CRM-M-33991-2019 -2Keeping in view the fact that petitioners have surrendered before concerned trial Court/(D) Addl. Sessions Judge and have been released on interim bail on their furnishing bail bonds and surety bonds but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and order dated 22.08.2019 is made absolute, subject to the following terms:- (i) that the petitioners shall keep on appearing before trial Court regularly;
(ii) that the petitioners shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against them so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;
(iii) that the petitioners shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court;
