Civil Writ Petition No. 24221 of 2018 P12) is for revalidation of memorandum of understanding dated 08.03.02018 (Annexure P6). The main controversy involved in the case is regarding quashing of letter dated 27.07.2018 (Annexure P10) whereby memorandum of understanding dated 08.03.2018 (Annexure P6) between the parties had been terminated.
In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to respondent No.5-Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic), Gurugram to look into the above detailed application (Annexure P12) and take required action thereon expeditiously and preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
