ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the compromise deed dated 25.09.2019, arrived at between the parties in RSA No.857 of 2019, on the basis of which the appeal was disposed of. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the respondents are interfering in the possession of the property, howwever, counsel for the respondents has argued that in the year 1992, the respondent No.2 had executed a gift of the property to Jain Sanstha for constructing a Jain Temple and in the year 2004, the said Sanstha has raised a loan of Rs.3.50 lacs from Punjab National Bank, Jagadhari and after raising the construction, even repaid the loan amount. Counsel for the respondents has further submitted that the respondents in no manner are interfering in the possession of the property.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous, at this stage.
