There is no reason to believe that respondent No.3 will not dispose of the petitioners' application under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act within a reasonable time and in its turn. Nor do we have any reason to believe that respondent No.3 will grant adjournments unnecessarily when the matter appears on board. The petitioner is at liberty to make an application for the same before respondent No.3. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
