The present Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 13.09.2017 and ex parte order dated 05.11.2019 (Annexure P-12).

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that the remedy against issuance of Sanad Takseem as well as the other partition proceedings/orders would lie before the Divisional Commissioner, in view of the amended provisions of the Haryana Land Revenue Act. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail their remedies before the concerned Divisional Commissioner. In view of the above, the instant Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioners to avail their remedies before the concerned Divisional Commissioner, who shall decide the same in accordance with law.
