(Oral) The prayer made in this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is for seeking direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to execute and implement the order dated 04th August, 2017, passed by the District Magistrate, Jalandhar (appended as Annexure P-5). 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner-Bank submitted that the possession has since been delivered to the petitioner-Bank, therefore, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such. 3.
