Reply has been filed on behalf of the official respondents by way of affidavit of Sh. Waryam Singh, Assistant Commissioner of Police (Central), Ludhiana, as per which all the six accused named in the FIR have PANKAJ KAKKAR 2021.03.10 18:49 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
