Prayer made in the present petition for quashing the orders dated 13.11.2020, Annexures P-3 to P-5, whereby teachers who were junior to the petitioners were promoted.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that out of 38, 36 petitioners have been promoted except serial No.20 and 32, regarding whom learned counsel for the petitioners prays for time to submit representation and even qua others in case any grievance subsists. 3.

Disposed of, reserving the petitioners with a liberty aforesaid.
