This petition has been filed under Article 226/227 for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No. 2 to decide the representation bearing no. 814048-PGD, Commissioner of Police, Amritsar dated 14.05.2026 (Annexure P-2) to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners and their family members at the hands of respondents No. 3 and 4 and his associates, stooges and to not interfere in life of petitioners. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioners have preferred a complaint dated 14.05.2026 Annexure P-2 to respondent No.2- Commissioner of Police, Amritsar Punjab but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.2- Commissioner of Police, RENU RAWAT 2026.05.29 15.53 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the prayer made by the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2- Commissioner of Police, Amritsar Punjab to consider and decide the complaint 14.05.2026 Annexure P-2 of the petitioners in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass an appropriate order.
