**** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner has prayed for a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct respondents No.2 and 3 to supply information as required by him in his application dated January 27, 2015, Annexure P-1. Learned State counsel submits that it has already issued show cause notice to 07 employees as to whey they should not be reverted in terms of the order passed by the Apex court. According to him, the response is still awaited.

Learned counsel are ad idem that the matter needs to be remitted to the State Information Commissioner for further proceedings after the report is received.

In view of above, impugned order passed by the State Commission is hereby set aside. Matter is remitted to the same authority for proceeding further in the matter in view of stand taken by the State. Petition is allowed in these terms.
