**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Perusal of the order dated 24.11.2020 would show that the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to place on record the Collector's rate of the area, where the land in question is situated in order to show that the stamp duty was paid as per rate mentioned in the rates prescribed by the Collector.

Till date, the said order has not been complied with despite an order dated 23.02.2021 also passed in this regard. Today, despite two pass overs, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

Faced with this situation, this Court has no other alternative, but to dismiss this writ petition for non-prosecution. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
