Today, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. 4.

In view of the above, this Court is now left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for want of prosecution. 5.

Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.

Liberty is, however, reserved to the appellant to move an application to revive this appeal, if any cause of action survives. 7.
