(ORAL) On 13.02.2023 the following order was passed : "The grievance in the present revision petition as recorded in the order dated 03.11.2021 is that neither the appeal was being decided nor the stay application dated 15.07.2019 had been decided.

Today the case has been called twice, but no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent has informed this Court that the appeal filed by the petitioner herein has since been dismissed in default and except for in the case of Parveen Kumar Vs. Dinesh Nagpal, no application for restoration has been filed.

Today the case has been called twice. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition. This Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
