Petitioners, who are residents of village Jonawas, Tehsil & District Rewari, had filed complaint against respondent No.5-Hari Om, who is Ex-Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat indicating some irregularities. On the basis of that, inquiry was conducted and inquiry reports dated 27.12.2017 (Annexure P1) and dated 04.05.2016 (Annexure P2) are on the file. In the said inquiry proceedings, the allegations levelled against respondent No.5 were found to be correct, but still no action has been taken. Representation dated 07.02.2018 (Annexure P3) having been made by the petitioners to the Deputy Commissioner, Rewari is still pending adjudication. Notice of motion.
