***** KARAMJIT SINGH, J. (Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in criminal case having FIR No.183 dated 21.07.2022 registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 452, 506, 427 IPC, at Police Station Sector-9, Ambala City.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has joined investigation with the police in the light of the previous order of interim bail passed by this Court. The State Counsel on instructions from HC Nirmal Singh, has not disputed the aforesaid assertions made by the counsel for the petitioner. The State counsel further submits that the petitioner is not required by the police for any further investigation or custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and order of interim bail dated 31.08.2022 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
