(ORAL) The short point involved in this case is whether the person, who was not able to upload the documents or show at the time of scrutiny of documents for the post of Lab Technician on contract basis can be appointed, the answer would be no, for, concededly petitioner has not appeared on the date of interview for scrutiny of documents. Mr. Vivek Singla, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that under the direction of this Court, documents have been verified and according to them, petitioner is found to be eligible. This Court on the last date of hearing on 16.09.2019 directed the State for apprising this Court regarding affirmation of report sought under RTI regarding availability of two posts of Lab Technician. Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana has given a photocopy of communication dated 27.09.2019 from the office of Director, Kalpana Chawla Govt. Medical College, Karnal, copy of which is taken on record, to PANKAJ KUMAR 2019.10.15 14:55 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No.24273 of 2018 (O&M) -2show that there is no such post. It is settled law that Court cannot extend the period of scrutiny of documents unless and until State decides to give chance to candidates, who have missed out for one reason or the other. I do not find any justification for issuing direction to respondents to espouse grouse of petitioner. Writ petition is devoid of merit and accordingly dismissed.
