Present petition has been filed for issuance of directions to the respondents to release the withheld amount of gratuity. 2.

No one has caused appearance on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has referred to the reply filed by the Executive Engineer, Operation, Sub Urban Division, UHBVN, Jagadhri while referring to Annexure R-1/3, he has submitted that the remaining amount of Rs.1,66,318 has already been disbursed to the petitioner. The petitioner has also acknowledged that he is fully satisfied with it.

He has also referred to Annexure R-1/4 to show that costs of Rs.25,000/- has been paid to the petitioner.

After hearing learned counsel for the respondents and perusing the affidavit filed by the Executive Engineer Operation, Sub Urban Division,UHBVN, Jagadhri, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
