The petitioner claims to be an RTI Activist. He claims that annoyed by his applications under the Right to information Act, 2005, the official respondents have not repaired/constructed the passage/street in front of his house by intentionally leaving the aforesaid patch, whereas the construction and repair of all the streets in the village have been completed. 2.

Mr. Ayush Sarna, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, enters appearance pursuant to the supply of an advance copy of the writ petition, on behalf of the respondents and states that he has instructions to make a statement that the work shall be completed within a period of two months. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the present writ petition is disposed of.
