(ORAL) (Through video conferencing) FIR bearing No. 72 of 24.5.2021, constituted therein an offence embodied under Section 379-B IPC, is registered at Police Station Sadar Kotakpura, District Faridkot.

Learned Assistant Advocate General, appearing for the State of Punjab, submits that all the relevant recoveries have been effected from the bail applicant-accused. He also submits that report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has also been instituted, by the investigating officer, before the learned trial Court concerned.

In view of the afore, this Court does not deem it fit to prolong the incarceration of the bail applicant-accused. Therefore, the instant petition is allowed and the bail applicant-petitioner is ordered to be released from judicial custody. However, the granting of bail is subject to the bail applicant-petitioner's furnishing personal and surety bonds in the sum of GURPREET SINGH 2021.10.29 17:58 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
