Petitioner had earlier served the respondents-management as apprentice and thereafter, his services were terminated. Petitioner along with other affected persons approached this Court vide CWP-4710-2002, wherein the Hon'ble Division Bench directed the respondents to conduct trade test within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the order. Grievance of the petitioner would be that he had made representation dated 10.01.2004 (Annexure P2), whereupon no action was taken despite passing of the order by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court and thereafter, he had been continuously making representations before the respondents, but no action is being taken. Finally, petitioner has got issued legal notice dated 16.08.2018 (Annexure P8), but still no action is being taken thereon.
