(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking quashing of Show Cause Notice issued under Rule 14 and 10 of the Chandigarh Estate Rules, 2007 read with Section 8A, Capital of Punjab Development and Regulation Act, 1952.

The petitioner has not filed any reply to the show cause notice. In such a situation, we refrain to entertain the writ petition at this stage and dismiss the same.

However, we relegate the petitioner to file a detailed and comprehensive reply to the show cause notice dated 19.09.2014 (Annexure P-8) raising all the pleas as raised in the present writ petition, before the appropriate authority in accordance with law.
